Ordering Information Invitation orders are accepted on a first-come first-serve basis. We recommend placing an order at least 3 months before you plan on mailing the invitations. Rush orders are available. (see below) 1) Your name, your billing address, and telephone number. If you would like the invitations to be shipped to a different address, please include it. 2) Your invitation quantity, paper choice, and envelope choice. Our minimum order for invitation sets is 50 and quantities increase in increments of 25. We will provide you with 5 additional outer envelopes, free of charge. If you require a larger quantity, extra envelopes may be ordered. Please consult our price lists for more details. 3) The text and design details for the invitation and other stationery items. (don't forget the envelope addresses) Please include your font and ink colour choices plus any layout ideas. Once we receive this information, we will email you a confirmation and a price quote. We will also email you a link to your future invitation proof page. We will work on your proofs and post them online within a week. After reviewing the proofs, you can email us changes and the proofs will be updated. This proofing stage can take 1-3 weeks, depending on the number of changes requested. Once you are satisfied with the proofs, we will send you an invoice, a terms and conditions page, and a final proof list. These documents must be signed and sent with payment before printing begins. Once we have received these documents, we will print and ship your order within 3 weeks. Our invitation orders include free shipping by FedEx or UPS ground. Overnight or 2-Day delivery is available for an extra charge. If you would like us to print your own invitation design, we accept PC-friendly PDF or EPS files. If you need your invitations right away, rush orders may be available depending on your invitation quantity and paper choice. Rush orders will only be accepted for gallery designs or text-only designs. We cannot offer rush service on custom invitation designs. |
Payment For Canadian customers: We accept personal cheques and money orders. All orders shipped within the province of Ontario will be charged 8% P.S.T. All Canadian orders will be charged 7% G.S.T. For American customers: We accept personal checks, bank drafts, and money orders made in U.S. funds. Since all of our prices are quoted in Canadian dollars we will convert your final invoice total will be converted using a fixed conversion rate. We do not accept credit cards. If you would prefer to pay by credit card or using your bank account, you may send your payment to us via PayPal for an additional fee. Please write to us for more details. |
Shipping All invitation orders shipped within Canada include free ground shipping. Canadian orders are shipped via Xpresspost or Purolator and standard delivery service is from 1-3 business days. All shipments to the USA include free* ground shipping by UPS courier. UPS Standard service is from 3 to 5 business days on the East coast and 5-6 days for the West and the South. UPS Overnight Express, 2-Day, or 3-Day Select service options are available for an additional charge. Marsville Press will pay for the shipping costs but it is the customer's responsibility to pay for all additional duties, taxes, brokerage, and service fees. UPS will either charge you these fees upon delivery of the package or they will mail you a brokerage invoice after delivery. For international orders, please write to us for more details. |
