Letterpress printing requires special paper. For traditional invitations, we carry 100% cotton rag papers in various weights and shades of white. Somerset paper is an exceptional paper made at St. Cuthbert's Mill of England. This 100% cotton rag paper is mould made, acid-free, and incredibly soft to the touch. Each large sheet has two natural deckle edges and two torn edges. Somerset white or natural white - 250 gsm (120lb) Somerset white or natural white - 300 gsm (140lb)



Stonehenge is a 100% cotton paper made in the USA. It has a smooth vellum surface and two feathery deckle edges. It is machine made and acid-free. Stonehenge: Bright white, natural white - 245 gsm Other colours (cream, fawn, and grey) are available for custom projects.


Italy's Cartiera Magnani has been producing fine papers since the thirteenth century. Magnani's Etrusca stationery is a mould-made wove paper made from 100% high alpha cellulose. Each card features 4 torn edges and fits inside matching Etrusca envelopes. Etrusca: Natural white - 260 gsm Click on the image to see new colours and sizes


Bockingford is a 140lb watercolour paper made at St. Cuthbert's Mill. This acid-free paper is machine-made with 100% high alpha cellulose. Each sheet has four machine-cut edges. Bockingford White, Eggshell, Cream, Oatmeal, Blue 300gms (140lbs)


NEW - The St. Armand paper mill was established in 1979 in Montréal to produce handmade papers "in the traditional style with a dash of modern technology." These 150lb papers are made of 100% cotton and are available in lilac, blue, spring green, and light green. As with all handmade papers, the colour and overall thickness may vary from sheet to sheet.


This acid-free paper is handmade in Thailand using 100% natural Sa (mulberry) fibres. Each large sheet has four natural deckle edges. Invitations may be cut along one deckle edge, upon request. As with all handmade papers, the colour and overall thickness may vary from sheet to sheet. Thai Handmade: Natural - 120 gsm
